1.Question:How do you tie the belt?

Answer:Pass the non-loop end of the strap through a slot on the top edge of the cart. Then pass the non-loop end of the strap through the loop end and tighten it. Then connect one end of the strap to the cart. Put the snowmobile skis on the trolley. Put the strap on the ski and pass it through another slot on the top edge of the trolley. Pull tight and return to the top of the ski, then push the Velcro pieces together.

2.What is the size L?W?H?

Hard time figuring out how to give you the measurements you want. the unit is about 48" wide. If the unit is being stored upright, it is 70" tall (that lies down horizontally above the seat when moving a machine) and 20" from the outside of the tire to the handle portion just referenced that lies horizontally above the seat. My machine that I got this for just threw a rod and my other has reverse so I don't need it anymore if you are interested. I've got it a couple months ago and it works great.
